The headboard is made from 76mm diameter steel that has a wall thickness of 3.2mm -this gives additional strength to protect the cab. The tray capping which was rivetted before is now fitted with heavy-duty industrial double-sided tape for better finish, durability, rust and rattleproofing. These upgrades are compatible with most of our custom ute canopies and allow you to turn your tray into a complete mobile workspace or adventure rig. While this very much comes down to personal preference, we may be able to give a little guidance that helps you make a decision. If you need to carry your tools or outdoor equipment in a highly organised manner and feel that they will all fit inside a full canopy, then that may be the better option.

If you would like to take it with you, bring 4 pallets when you drop the vehicle off for fitting so we can load your old tub or tray back onto your vehicle on the new tray.

Due to the nature of timber, no warranty is offered against warping, swelling and/or splitting. JAC recommends, and it is the customers responsibility to ensure timber floors are regularly coated with Linseed Oil every 6 months.
