My approach as a childcare photographer in Bayswater is centred around play and natural interaction. I move around the outdoor play area, capturing children as they climb, swing and have fun. The Bayswater Child Care Association Incorporated was established in 1975 after a need was identified in the City of Bayswater for community-based, Not-for-profit childcare. Our long day care program operates from our Children and Family Centres. Everyone is welcome to come and take a tour of the centre at any time (no bookings necessary for this).

Our chef caters for all children’s dietary requirement, preferences and cultural requirements. Most of our child care and early education centres offer nappies and wipes, sunscreen and hats, as well as nutritious meals prepared by our in-house cook. Some centres also provide sheets and formula, so you may not need to remember to pack them.
Derrick Ernst Neighbourhood Centre has provided flexible and affordable childcare, alongside community engagement and support services, in the Bayswater area since 1985. Since Nido Early Schools is a government approved childcare provider, you could be entitled to a government subsidy on your fees. The initiative is designed to enable low and middle-income families to access affordable, flexible, and high-quality childcare. We value our strong partnerships with families, recognising that families are a child’s first and most important teachers. Our open-door policy encourages families to share in their child’s experiences and contribute to our programs with their skills, culture, and creativity. Meticulously designed, their Bayswater centre provides a natural haven for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years atop our Shopping Centre.
It is a place where friends feel like family and children can truly be themselves. We are committed to ensuring all children feel loved, accepted, and secure. We focus on the children’s health and wellbeing as a whole and strongly believe the best outcomes for children are achieved when they have access to an indoor and outdoor program. All our kindergarten or preschool programs follow the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), a national learning framework for Australia. These programs are delivered by qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educators and Teachers. Our Curriculum accommodates each individual child’s learning, development, and well-being.
