Pennant Hills Early Learning, Long Day Childcare Centre

Heritage House Childcare & Early Education Centres draws from more than 30 years of experience and excellence in childcare. At our purpose-built Pennant Hills childcare and preschool centre, our rooms are bright and airy with ample room for learning, exploration and play. Family-owned and operated, Little Angels Childcare and Learning Center caters to the requirements of children between the ages of three and five by offering a variety of carefully organised play-based programmes. Learning to respect and love one another is a priority at Little Angels. A family-owned early learning centre in West Pennant Hills for children aged 2–6 years, where every child is nurtured, inspired and encouraged to thrive every day.
Our highly qualified educators are dedicated to fostering learning and skill development in young children. They are given the freedom to express their dreams and aspirations. Nestled in long day care near wph the heart of West Pennant Hills, our centre provides a safe, welcoming space where children feel at home and connected to the world around them.

You should take advantage of the opportunities for education and socialisation that arise during your child's early childhood. A child's development and readiness for school can be greatly aided by enrolling them in one of our Pennant Hills early childhood education centres. We take the time to understand each child’s unique personality, interests and strengths, creating a warm, supportive environment where children feel confident to learn, explore and grow. Through meaningful learning experiences, personalised care and a strong sense of community, we are proud to support children during some of the most important years of their lives. Through our Family Think Tank and ongoing collaboration, we support each child’s unique learning journey together, ensuring every family feels connected and heard.
Operating multiple established centres, Kindalin brings depth, consistency, and shared educational leadership across its network. This scale allows best practice, professional knowledge, and quality standards to be embedded across every centre, while remaining responsive to each local community we serve. A minimum of two days is critical for routine building by allowing children to settle and form attachments with educators and their peers.
The Y NSW recognises that a quality OSHC service requires qualified, committed and compassionate staff, who remain at the forefront of knowledge, practice and theories relevant to middle childhood. We also recognise that consistency of staff is key to the successful operation of an OSHC and to maintaining connections with the school community. Crucially, Australian centres must have robust food safety protocols in place. With anaphylaxis being a serious concern, many centres operate as nut-free environments. When touring a centre, ask to see their allergy action plans and how they communicate daily menu changes to parents of children with severe allergies.

There was a level of love and care from all the staff which honestly blew me away. Our educators are well equipped to scaffold literacy learning and develop each child individually. If you are getting childcare routines organised, you may also be refreshing toys, craft supplies, and activities for home days and weekends. We welcome every family as part of the Wonderland community and look forward to sharing each child’s learning journey together.
Unlike childcare centres, which offer long day care, kindergartens and preschools usually only run for six hours a day, five days a fortnight (three days one week, two days the next) during each school term. Orchard Early Learning Centre is renowned for its commitment to early childhood education. The centre offers a variety of programmes that cater to different age groups, all designed to foster growth and development through play-based learning and structured educational activities. The skilled educators at the centre are passionate about nurturing young minds and play a crucial role in supporting each child’s journey.

You can speak with the team about what’s important for your child for the day and what happened the night before at home. For those who don’t, there are more planned experiences to support development, most likely outdoors, or an excursion into the community to encourage social skills. "We aim to build a foundation of self-confidence. By encouraging children to be curious learners, we hope their love for learning developed now will continue to flourish throughout their lives". Not a day goes by that we aren’t so happy and proud to send our children to Kindalin. This year, especially, we have been touched by the amazing Miss Rachel, Miss Bonnie and Miss Nancy, who have really supported our family with our son Will.
We prioritize safety, experienced educators, and a  play-based curriculum, resulting in improved school readiness and a strong foundation for lifelong learning. Choosing the right early learning centre is one of the most important decisions you’ll make for your child. At  Wonderland Academy, we provide a warm, welcoming learning environment for children aged 2–6 years, where every child feels known, supported and inspired to learn.
Early Childhood Education Centres consist of a Long Day Care Centre including a kindergarten program and two Sessional Kindergartens. Kindergarten is an educational program provided to children in their year before school. A child's development and readiness for school can be greatly aided by enrolling them in one of our West Pennant Hills early childhood education centres. The information above shows ordinary days and hours of operation only. For information about scheduled closures - for example, during holiday periods - please contact the early childhood education and care service directly. Mums, Dads, Grandparents and Carers with their pre-school children get together to have fun playing, doing craft, singing and enjoying morning tea together.

Thank you to all the staff and all the fantastic programming that is done by the staff to benefit the children’s learning. We believe in open communication, strong relationships, and creating a warm community where children and families feel supported and valued. Whether you’re returning to work or simply looking for a preschool in West Pennant Hills that aligns with your values, we’re here to make the transition smooth and positive for your family. Our Educators support children to learn through play in fun and stimulating learning environments. Activities foster development and allow each child’s growing independence to shine. Finding high-quality childcare in your area involves balancing practical needs like location, hours, and funding eligibility with qualitative factors like practitioner warmth, curriculum philosophy, and the overall atmosphere.
We have fabulous in-house cooks to ensure children are provided with delicious, high quality meals and snacks throughout the day. Community connections are intentionally woven into everyday learning, supporting children’s sense of belonging and wellbeing. Long-standing relationships with families and Educators are central to Kindalin’s approach. Many families remain with Kindalin across multiple children, supported by teams who value continuity, trust, and partnership. We also ask all new families to complete a “Getting To Know You” Form, which allows our educators to get to know your child before their start date so we can ensure a smooth transition.

Children can enjoy learning experiences with children of different ages at drop off time – we call this family grouping. N a long daycare setting, the number of children enrolled is determined by the Regulatory Authority and is dependent on the size of the building and outdoor play space. For family day care services, the ratio is one educator for seven children, and there can be no more than four children who are under school age. When they graduate from the childcare centre, they are well-rounded young people who have a passion for learning, are ready for a globalised world, and are motivated to become engaged, contributing members of society. It is completely normal for children to experience separation anxiety during the first few weeks.
The educators are very experienced, loving and caring for the children, and they have my trust. The educators set up a wide variety of learning and sports activities for kids of all age groups. The upkeep of the place is always tidy and clean, and the food options provided are good too.
