Dr Balalla graduated from Medicine at the University of New South Wales in 2001. After completing his internship and residency at St George and Sutherland Hospitals, he commenced his surgical training with the Royal Australasian College 缩鼻翼 of Surgeons in 2003. He was selected for the Australian Orthopaedic Association Orthopaedic Training Program in 2007. Dr Andrew Terluk specialises in general adult cardiology, with research interests in cardiac echocardiography.

Currently, Dr Lam is employed as a specialist in the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Unit at the Flinders Medical Centre. In this role, he is involved in a range of elective and emergency sub-specialty areas such as skin cancer surgery, hand surgery, trauma surgery, craniofacial trauma surgery and more. These early years laid the foundations for Dr Lam to pursue and complete a further 5 years of plastic surgical training in South Australia which gave him exposure to all aspects of Plastic and Reconstructive surgery. It was during this time that Dr Lam was able to explore and develop his interests in breast reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. There were 102,404 cosmetic surgery procedures in 2018, plus an additional 100,238 non-surgical procedures.

During his return journey to Australia Dr Guy Watts accepted a fellowship in Brazil, where he trained in the countries leading cosmetic surgery centre the Ivo Pitanguy Clinic. The Brazilian plastic surgeons are renowned as world leaders in their cosmetic surgery techniques and artistic flare particularly with breast and body procedures. South American training combined with European, North American and Australian give Dr Watts a strong foundation and expertise in plastic and cosmetic surgery. His plastic surgery experience qualifies him as a member of the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons .
As an UNSW medical graduate with honours, Dr Chang qualified as a plastic surgeon in Sydney. In pursuit of surgical excellence, Dr Chang undertook further sub-specialised training as a Craniofacial Surgery Fellow with world-renowned surgeon Professor Phillip Chen in Taipei, Taiwan. This intensive International Craniofacial Surgical fellowship focused on paediatric and adult cleft lip and palate surgery, as well as cleft rhinoplasty and secondary cleft revision surgery. Dr Ellis Choy graduated from the University of Sydney in 1997 and then completed postgraduate studies in general surgery at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. He gained his first fellowship with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons in 2004.
